The XC6132N11BER-G is an ultra-small delay capacitor adjustable voltage detector designed for high accuracy and low supply current, utilizing a CMOS process and laser trimming technology. It features sense pin isolation, allowing it to monitor the voltage of a separate power supply, and can maintain output in the detection state even if the monitored voltage drops to 0V. The device includes an internal surge voltage protection circuit and a delay circuit, with adjustable release and detection delay times achievable by connecting a capacitor to the Cd/MRB pin. The hysteresis width can also be adjusted externally. Operating over a temperature range of -40,ÑÉ to +125,ÑÉ, the XC6132N11BER-G supports an operating voltage range of 1.6V to 6.0V and a detect voltage range of 0.8V to 2.0V. It offers a detect voltage accuracy of ¬±18mV at 25,ÑÉ for voltages below 1.5V and ¬±1.2% for voltages between 1.5V and 2.0V. The device consumes a low supply current of 1.28OºA at 1.6V during detection and 1.65OºA at 6.0V during release. The output can be configured as CMOS or N-channel open drain, and it is compliant with EU RoHS standards. This product is suitable for applications such as microcontroller resets, battery voltage monitoring, and power failure detection.
