The XC6127C19CMR-G is an ultra-small voltage detector designed for high precision and low power consumption. It features a built-in delay circuit with release delay times that can be set internally from 50ms to 800ms, and includes a manual reset function that allows for reset assertion at any time. The device operates within a voltage range of 0.7V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.5V to 5.5V in 0.1V increments. This product is available in both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations, with output logic options of active low (RESETB) and active high (RESET).
