The XC6124E539MR-G is a voltage detector with a watchdog function designed for low current consumption applications. It operates within a voltage range of 1.0V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.6V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments, with a typical accuracy of ¬±2%. The device features an N-channel open drain output and includes a built-in delay circuit, eliminating the need for external components for release delay time. The watchdog function can be controlled via the EN/ENB pin, which can be left open for operation. This product offers six selectable watchdog timeout periods ranging from 50ms to 1.6s and five release delay times from 3.13ms to 400ms. It is suitable for applications such as microprocessor watchdog monitoring, memory battery backup circuits, system power-on reset circuits, and power failure detection. The XC6124E539MR-G is available in SOT-25 and USP-6C packages and operates effectively in ambient temperatures from -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
