The XC6124C618MR-G is a voltage detector with an integrated watchdog function, designed for low current consumption and high precision. It operates within a voltage detection range of 1.6V to 5.0V, with fixed increments of 0.1V, and features a typical hysteresis width of 5% of the detected voltage. The device supports an operating voltage range of 1.0V to 6.0V and has a temperature coefficient of +100ppm/¬8C. This supervisor includes a built-in delay circuit, eliminating the need for external components for release delay time, which can be set to one of five options ranging from 3.13ms to 400ms. The watchdog timeout periods are configurable, offering six options from 50ms to 1.6s. The output configuration is an N-channel open drain, and the device can be controlled via the EN/ENB pin to enable or disable the watchdog function. The XC6124C618MR-G is suitable for applications such as microprocessor watchdog monitoring, memory battery backup circuits, system power-on reset circuits, and power failure detection. It is available in SOT-25 and USP-6C packages and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
