The XC6123C522ER-G is a voltage detector with a watchdog function designed for low current consumption and high precision. It operates within a voltage range of 1.0V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.6V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments, utilizing laser trimming technology for accuracy. The device features an N-channel open drain output and includes a built-in delay circuit, eliminating the need for external components to manage release delay times, which can be set between 3.13ms and 400ms. This supervisor IC supports six selectable watchdog timeout periods ranging from 50ms to 1.6s, making it suitable for various applications such as microprocessor monitoring, memory battery backup, and system power-on reset circuits. The XC6123C522ER-G is compliant with EU RoHS standards and is available in SOT-25 and USP-6C packages, with an operating temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
