The XC6123A234ER-G is a voltage detector with an integrated watchdog function, designed for high precision and low current consumption. The device supports an operating voltage range from 1.0V to 6.0V and has a temperature coefficient of +100ppm/¬8C. This supervisor includes a built-in delay circuit, eliminating the need for external components to manage release delay times, which can be set to 3.13ms, 50ms, 100ms, 200ms, or 400ms. The watchdog timeout periods are configurable, ranging from 50ms to 1.6s. The output is an N-channel open drain, and the device can be controlled via the ENB pin to enable or disable the watchdog function.
