The XC6122F550MR-G is a voltage detector with a watchdog function designed for low current consumption applications. It operates within a voltage range of 1.0V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.6V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments, utilizing laser trimming technology for precision. The device features an N-channel open drain output and includes a built-in delay circuit, eliminating the need for external components for signal output with release delay time. The XC6122F550MR-G supports six selectable watchdog timeout periods ranging from 50ms to 1.6s and offers five release delay times from 3.13ms to 400ms. The EN/ENB pin allows for control of the watchdog function, which can be disabled while keeping the voltage detection operational. This product is suitable for applications such as microprocessor watchdog monitoring, memory battery backup circuits, system power-on reset circuits, and power failure detection. It is available in SOT-25 and USP-6C packages and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
