The XC6122F550ER-G is a voltage detector with a watchdog function designed for low current consumption and high precision. It operates within a voltage detection range of 1.6V to 5.0V, with fixed increments of 0.1V, and features a built-in delay circuit that eliminates the need for external components. The device includes an EN/ENB pin for controlling the watchdog function, which can be set to either enable or disable the watchdog while maintaining voltage detection capabilities. This supervisor IC supports six selectable watchdog timeout periods ranging from 50ms to 1.6s and offers five release delay times from 3.13ms to 400ms. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C and is available in SOT-25 and USP-6C packages, both of which are compliant with EU RoHS standards.
