The Thermo Scientific Kevex PXS5-927 is a fully integrated X-Ray Source for applications requiring the highest resolution. The PXS5-927, 90 kV MicroFocus X-Ray Source compact package houses an end-window sealed tube, high voltage power supply and digital controller. It is operated with either a Thermo Kevex X-ray supplied Windows user interface, or by a host computer via RS232 port, utilizing the provided Software Interface Specification.
