MicroFocus X-Ray Source Kevex™ PXS10-65W
The maximum 500µA beam current at 130kV for the PXS10-65W results in 65W operation. The optional PXS10-800 is available as a variant which offers 800µA maximum beam current with the limitation of 65W maximum operating power. They are operated using either a Thermo Kevex X-ray supplied Windows user interface, or by a host computer via RS232 port, utilizing the provided Software Interface Specification.
