The THAT320P14-U is a 14-pin PDIP package containing four matched PNP transistors designed for low-noise applications such as microphone preamplifiers and current mirrors. Each transistor has a typical current gain (hFE) of 75 at -1 mA collector current, a collector-emitter voltage rating of -36 V, and a noise voltage density of 0.75 nV/√Hz. The gain-bandwidth product is 325 MHz, and base spreading resistance is 25 Ω. The device operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and is fabricated using a dielectrically isolated complementary bipolar process for low crosstalk and high DC isolation. The package is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for surface mount and through-hole mounting.
