THAT Corporation Bipolar Transistors - BJT 320P14-U

The THAT 320P14-U is a 14-pin dual-in-line package containing four matched PNP transistors designed for low-noise applications such as microphone preamplifiers and current mirrors. It features a typical current gain (hFE) of 75 at -1 mA collector current, a noise voltage density of 0.75 nV/√Hz, and a gain-bandwidth product of 325 MHz. The transistors exhibit ±5% current gain matching, a base spreading resistance of 25 Ω, and a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of -36 V. The device is fabricated in a dielectrically isolated complementary bipolar process for low crosstalk and high DC isolation. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and complies with RoHS requirements. The package is lead-free and suitable for standard soldering processes.
