The ULQ2004A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array containing seven NPN Darlington pairs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Each channel supports a 500mA collector current and offers output voltages up to 50V. The device features a 10.5kΩ series base resistor for direct CMOS compatibility with input voltages of 6V to 15V. It is packaged in a 16-pin SOIC with dimensions of 9.90mm × 3.91mm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The part is qualified for automotive applications and meets RoHS standards.
