Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog Bipolar Transistor Arrays ULN2003APWRG4

The ULN2003A series is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array containing seven NPN Darlington pairs, each with a 500mA collector current rating and 50V output voltage capability. Each channel includes integrated clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The device has a 2.7kΩ series base resistor for direct TTL or CMOS logic operation and common emitter and collector outputs with a common cathode for flyback diodes. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is housed in a 16-pin TSSOP package measuring 5.00mm × 4.40mm. The part meets RoHS standards and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 with a peak reflow temperature of 260°C. The ULN2003APWRG4 variant is a lead-free, RoHS-compliant TSSOP package version of this series.
