The UCC27524AD is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver designed to drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It is available in an SOIC-8 package with a body size of 4.90mm x 3.91mm. Each channel delivers 5A peak source and sink current, with typical propagation delays of 17ns and rise and fall times of 6ns and 10ns, respectively. The device features independent enable inputs, TTL and CMOS compatible logic thresholds independent of supply voltage, and hysteric inputs for high noise immunity. It supports negative input voltages up to -5V and operates from a 4.5V to 18V single supply. Outputs are held low during undervoltage lockout for glitch-free operation. The device meets the -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range and is qualified for operation under AEC-Q200. The SOIC-8 variant is pin-compatible with the UCC2732X series when enable pins are left floating.
