The UCC27424 is a dual 4A MOSFET driver designed for high-speed applications, featuring a unique BiPolar and CMOS hybrid output stage that provides efficient current sourcing and sinking. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4V to 15V and is capable of delivering peak currents of ¬±4A, making it suitable for driving capacitive loads effectively. The driver exhibits fast switching characteristics with typical rise and fall times of 20 ns and 15 ns, respectively, and propagation delays of 25 ns for falling inputs and 35 ns for rising inputs.
