The UCC27324DRG4 is a high-speed dual noninverting low-side MOSFET driver capable of delivering 4 A peak source and sink current, designed for driving N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs in switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, and motor control applications. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC with exposed thermal pad, measuring 4.90 mm × 3.91 mm. The device operates from a 4.5 V to 15 V supply voltage and supports junction temperatures from -40 °C to 125 °C. Its TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs feature wide hysteresis for noise immunity. The rise and fall times are 20 ns and 15 ns respectively with a 1.8 nF load, and propagation delay is 25 ns for rising input and 35 ns for falling input. The part meets RoHS standards.
