The UCC27322DG4 is a single 9-A high-speed low-side MOSFET driver with an enable function, designed for switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, and motor controllers. It is packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP (MSOP PowerPAD™) package measuring 3.00 mm × 3.00 mm, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 4.7°C/W when mounted on the bottom pad. The device operates from a 4.5-V to 15-V supply, delivers ±9-A peak output current, and features 20-ns typical rise and fall times with a 10-nF load. Propagation delay is 25 ns for input falling and 35 ns for input rising. It includes TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs, an active-high enable input with hysteresis, and is rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
