The UC3724DW is an isolated drive transmitter in a 16-pin SOIC-wide package, designed to drive MOSFET gates in high-side H-bridge configurations using pulse transformer coupling. It provides 500mA source or sink output current, operates from an 8V to 35V supply, and supports up to 600kHz operation. Under-voltage lockout prevents spurious outputs during startup. The device is rated for 0°C to 70°C operating temperature and features programmable frequency via external resistor and capacitor timing components.
