The UC3525ANG4 is a regulating pulse width modulator integrated circuit designed for use in various switching power supply applications. It operates with an input voltage range of 8 V to 35 V and features a 5.1 V reference voltage that is trimmed to 1% accuracy. The device supports an oscillator frequency range from 100 Hz to 500 kHz and includes a synchronization input for connecting multiple units or synchronizing to an external clock. Key features include adjustable dead-time control, built-in soft-start circuitry requiring only an external timing capacitor, and a shutdown terminal for immediate PWM output control.
