The UC2708NE is a dual non-inverting power driver in a 16-pin plastic DIP package, designed to interface control logic with high-power MOSFETs. It operates from 5 V to 35 V, delivers up to 3 A peak output current per channel, and features 25 ns rise and fall times with propagation delays of 25 ns. The device includes thermal shutdown and under-voltage lockout protection. The Enable and Shutdown terminals allow independent control of outputs, with Enable reducing power consumption by up to 90% during inactive states.
