The TRSF3232IDBRG4 is a multichannel RS-232 compatible line driver/receiver designed to operate with supply voltages ranging from 3 V to 5.5 V. It supports data signaling rates up to 1 Mbit/s and features a low supply current of approximately 300 OºA. The device includes two line drivers and two line receivers, along with a dual charge-pump circuit that enables operation from a single supply. It is equipped with ESD protection exceeding ,Äì15 kV using the Human-Body Model, making it suitable for applications in battery-powered systems, PDAs, laptops, and hand-held equipment.
