The TPS73633DRBTG4 is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 400 mA of output current. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V and features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 75 mV at typical conditions. This device is designed with a new NMOS topology that allows for stability without the need for an output capacitor, making it suitable for applications where space and component count are critical. The regulator exhibits excellent load transient response and low ground pin current, which is nearly constant across various output currents.
