The TPS51604-Q1 is a synchronous buck MOSFET driver designed for high-frequency CPU core power in automotive applications. It is packaged in an 8-pin, 2-mm × 2-mm WSON package with an exposed thermal pad and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and features reduced dead-time drive, automatic zero-crossing detection, and two low-power modes with quiescent currents of 130 µA and 8 µA. It supports a 4.5 V to 5.5 V input supply and drives both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap switch and shoot-through protection.
