Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog TPS2838PWP

The TPS2838PWP is a MOSFET driver in a 16-pin PowerPAD TSSOP package (5.1 mm × 6.6 mm) designed for high-performance synchronous buck power supplies. It supports a 10-V to 15-V supply voltage range and provides up to 4-A peak source and sink current at a 14-V drive voltage. The device features an adjustable drive regulator output from 4 V to 14 V via external resistors, adaptive dead-time control, and an integrated Schottky diode to reduce external components. It includes TTL-compatible inputs, a power-ready output, and synchronous or nonsynchronous operation support. The part meets the AEC-Q200 qualification standard and is RoHS compliant.
