Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog TPS2834D

The TPS2834D is a MOSFET driver designed for synchronous-buck power stages, featuring a noninverting input and selectable synchronous or nonsynchronous operation via a SYNC pin. It delivers up to 2.4 A peak source and 3.5 A peak sink current to the high-side and low-side MOSFETs, with 50-ns maximum rise and fall times into a 3.3-nF load. The device operates from a 4.5-V to 15-V supply voltage and includes adaptive dead-time control, an internal Schottky bootstrap diode, and a CROWBAR function for overvoltage protection. It is available in a 14-pin SOIC package with an operating junction temperature range of −40°C to 125°C and meets RoHS and Green requirements.
