Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog TPS2830D

The TPS2830D is a MOSFET driver for synchronous-buck power stages, available in a 14-pin SOIC package. It delivers a typical peak output current of 2.4 A to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, with a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 15 V. The device features adaptive dead-time control, an internal Schottky bootstrap diode, and control inputs for ENABLE, SYNC, and CROWBAR functions to prevent shoot-through and provide over-voltage protection. It operates over a virtual junction temperature range of −40°C to 125°C and is designed for use in high-current, single or multiphase power supplies. The TPS2830 has a noninverting input, distinguishing it from the inverting-input TPS2831 variant.
