Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog TPS2817DBVT

The TPS2817DBVT is a noninverting single-channel high-speed MOSFET driver in a 5-pin SOT-23 package, capable of delivering up to 2 A peak output current with rise and fall times of 14 ns typical into a 1 nF load. It operates from a 4 V to 14 V supply voltage and includes an active pullup on the input to eliminate the need for an external resistor when used with open-collector PWM controllers.
