The TPS2813PW is a dual noninverting MOSFET driver in a 8-pin TSSOP package, capable of delivering 2 A peak output current and operating with a supply voltage range of 4 V to 14 V. It features a 5 µA supply current regardless of input state and includes an internal regulator that extends the input voltage range to 40 V when required. Propagation delay is 40 ns maximum with a 1-nF load, and rise/fall times are 25 ns maximum. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of −40°C to 125°C and meets RoHS and Green standards.
