The TPS2216ADAPRG4 is a power distribution switch designed for CableCARD applications, providing integrated power management for two PC Cards. It supports 3.3-V, 5-V, and 12-V power distribution with independent programming of xVPP and xVCC outputs. The device features low on-resistance, with typical values of 60 m,Ѷ for the 3.3-V xVCC switch and 140 m,Ѷ for the 5-V xVCC switch. It includes short circuit and thermal protection, a maximum quiescent current of 150 ¬µA, and a standby mode that limits output current to 50 mA. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to 70¬8C, and it is TTL-logic compatible. The TPS2216ADAPRG4 is available in a 32-pin TSSOP package and meets PC Card standards, making it suitable for applications in notebook computers, PDAs, digital cameras, and barcode scanners.
