Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog TPIC46L01DBG4

The TPIC46L01 is a 6-channel low-side predriver designed for controlling external FET power switches in inductive load applications such as solenoids and relays. It supports both serial and parallel input interfaces for channel control and provides independent fault detection for shorted-load, open-load, and over-battery voltage conditions. The device features an asynchronous open-drain fault flag (FLT), inductive transient protection with a 55-V clamp, and internal power-on reset. It operates with a logic supply voltage of 4.5 V to 5.5 V and a battery supply voltage up to 60 V. The device is packaged in a 28-pin SSOP (DB) with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and meets RoHS and Green standards. It is not recommended for new designs.
