Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog TPIC44L01DBRG4

The TPIC44L01DBRG4 is a 4-channel low-side predriver designed for controlling external FET power switches in inductive load applications such as solenoids and relays. It features serial and parallel input interfaces, independent open-load and shorted-load fault detection, and over-battery-voltage lockout protection. The device is packaged in a 24-pin SSOP (DB) with a nominal width of 7.8 mm and a length of 367.0 mm. It operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V logic supply and supports a battery supply voltage up to 60 V. The TPIC44L01DBRG4 includes an internal 55-V inductive load clamp, a gate-source voltage clamp for FET protection, and an open-drain fault flag output. It is RoHS-compliant and manufactured with a green (RoHS and no Sb/Br) finish. The part meets the -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range and supports cascading of multiple devices.
