Texas Instruments THS4081 175-MHz Low-Power Voltage-Feedback Amplifier THS4081CDG4

The THS4081CDG4 is an ultralow-power, high-speed voltage feedback amplifier designed for communication and video applications. It operates with a quiescent current of only 3.4 mA per channel and provides a high output drive capability of 85 mA. The amplifier features a bandwidth of 175 MHz at a gain of 1, a slew rate of 230 V/µs, and a settling time of 43 ns (0.1%). With excellent video performance, it maintains a 35 MHz bandwidth at 0.1 dB gain, and low distortion levels, achieving total harmonic distortion (THD) of -64 dBc at 1 MHz with a load of 150 ,Ѷ, and -79 dBc with a 1 k,Ѷ load. The device supports a wide range of power supply voltages from ±5 V to ±15 V and is available in standard SOIC or MSOP PowerPAD packages. An evaluation module is also available for testing and development purposes.
