Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog Gates and Inverters SN74ALS1010AD

The SN74ALS1010A is a buffer version of the ,ÄôALS10A series, featuring three independent 3-input NAND buffers that perform the Boolean functions Y = A,aÖB,aÖC or Y = A+B+C in positive logic. It is characterized for operation within a temperature range of 0¬8C to 70¬8C and supports a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V. The device offers high-level input voltage thresholds of 2V and low-level input voltage thresholds of 0.7V. Output characteristics include a high-level output current of up to -2.6mA and a low-level output current of 24mA.
