The SN65LVDS122 is a 2x2 LVDS crosspoint switch designed for signaling rates up to 1.5 Gbps, featuring a total jitter of less than 65 ps. It is pin-compatible with the SN65LVDS22 and SN65LVDM22, allowing for easy upgrades. The device supports a common-mode input range of 0 V to 4 V and is compatible with LVDS, LVPECL, and CML signal levels. It has a maximum propagation delay of 900 ps and includes 25 mV of receiver input threshold hysteresis. This switch is suitable for various applications, including loopback switching for diagnostics, clock/data distribution buffering, and signal boosting over extended distances. The SN65LVDS122 is available in both SOIC and TSSOP packages, with the SOIC version (SN65LVDS122D) not including an integrated termination resistor, while the TSSOP version (SN65LVDT122) does.
