The SM72238/NOPB is a micropower linear voltage regulator designed for battery-powered applications. It features a high-accuracy output voltage with a typical quiescent current of 75µA and a low dropout voltage of 40mV at light loads and 380mV at 100mA output. The device ensures a maximum output current of 100mA and exhibits excellent load and line regulation, with typical values of 0.05% and 0.04%, respectively. The temperature coefficient for the output voltage is very low, at 50 to 150 ppm/°C, making it suitable for precision applications.
