The LMK1D1212RHAT is a high-performance LVDS clock buffer capable of operating at frequencies up to 2 GHz. It features a 2:12 differential output configuration, distributing one of two selectable clock inputs to 12 pairs of differential LVDS outputs. The device supports a supply voltage range of 1.71 V to 3.465 V and is characterized by low additive jitter of less than 60 fs RMS in the 12-kHz to 20-MHz range at 156.25 MHz, along with a very low phase noise floor of -164 dBc/Hz (typical). The LMK1D1212RHAT has a maximum propagation delay of less than 575 ps and an output skew of 20 ps maximum. It accepts a variety of input signal levels, including LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, HCSL, and CML, making it versatile for different applications. The device operates over an industrial temperature range of -40¬8C to 105¬8C and is packaged in a compact 6-mm x 6-mm, 40-pin VQFN format. It is suitable for applications in telecommunications, medical imaging, test and measurement, wireless infrastructure, and pro audio/video systems.
