The LM5116MHX is a synchronous buck controller designed for step-down regulation applications with a wide input voltage range of 6 to 100 V. The device supports a programmable operating frequency from 50 kHz to 1 MHz and can drive standard or logic level NMOS power switches with a robust 3.5-A peak gate drive capability.
