Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog LM5114ASD/NOPB

The LM5114 is a single low-side gate driver designed to drive MOSFETs and enhancement mode GaN FETs in boost, flyback, forward converters, and motor control applications. It features independent 7.6-A peak sink and 1.3-A peak source current outputs, a 4-V to 12.6-V single power supply range, and 12-ns typical propagation delay. The device includes inverting and noninverting TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs that tolerate up to 14-V logic levels regardless of VDD, and offers split gate outputs for independent turn-on and turn-off timing control. It is available in a 6-pin WSON package with an exposed thermal pad, measuring 3.00 mm × 3.00 mm, and operates from -40°C to 125°C. The part meets RoHS standards and is manufactured with a lead-free finish.
