Texas Instruments LM5100AM/NOPB

The LM5100A is a high-voltage gate driver designed to drive both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It provides 3A peak output current and operates with a bootstrap supply voltage up to 118V DC. The device is offered in an SOIC-8 package and features independent CMOS input thresholds, under-voltage lockout on both power rails, and propagation delay matching of 3 ns typical. It supports fast rise and fall times of 8 ns with a 1000 pF load, and its junction temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. The part is pin-compatible with HIP2100/HIP2101 and meets ESD ratings of 2 kV HBM.
