The LM3311SQX is a step-up PWM DC/DC converter designed to provide an adjustable output voltage up to 20V. It features a 2A internal switch with a low on-resistance of 0.18,Ѷ, ensuring high efficiency during operation. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.5V to 7V and offers selectable switching frequencies of 660kHz or 1.28MHz, allowing for the use of smaller external components. This regulator includes an integrated low dropout linear regulator (LDO) with adjustable output voltage, which is stable with ceramic output capacitors. Additionally, it incorporates an operational amplifier capable of sourcing or sinking up to 135mA, and a gate pulse modulation switch that operates with a voltage range of 5V to 30V. The LM3311SQX also features protective functions such as input undervoltage protection and over-temperature protection, making it suitable for various applications, including TFT bias supplies and portable devices.
