The LM2655MTCX-3.3 is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down switching regulator capable of delivering up to 2.5A output current. It operates within an input voltage range of 4V to 14V and achieves efficiencies exceeding 90%, with a maximum efficiency of 96%. The device features an internal high-side MOSFET with a low ON-resistance of 33m,Ѷ, which contributes to its high power density and compact TSSOP-16 package.
