The JFE150DBVT is an ultra-low-noise, N-channel JFET in a 5-pin SOT-23 package measuring 2.90 mm × 1.60 mm, designed for audio applications requiring high input impedance and minimal noise. It offers a voltage noise of 0.8 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz with a 5 mA drain current and 0.9 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz with a 2 mA drain current, along with a gate current of 10 pA maximum and input capacitance of 24 pF at 5 V drain-to-source voltage.
