The TMS320F28P650SH6PTP is a real-time microcontroller based on a single 32-bit C28x DSP core running at 200MHz with a Control Law Accelerator (CLA) that also operates at 200MHz, providing a total of 400 MIPS of processing power. It features 768KB of ECC-protected flash memory and 244KB of RAM, with a 100-pin PowerPAD™ HTQFP package measuring 16mm × 16mm. The device includes three 16-bit/12-bit ADCs with up to 3.92MSPS sampling, 36 high-resolution PWM channels with 150ps resolution, and peripheral support for USB 2.0, CAN FD, I2C, SPI, and UART. It supports industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, is lead-free and green, and meets ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 safety standards for functional safety up to ASIL B and SIL 2 respectively. Security features include AES-128/192/256 encryption and JTAGLOCK.
