The DS2003 is a seven-channel high-current, high-voltage Darlington driver for interfacing low-current logic with inductive or high-current loads such as relays, solenoids, and lamps. Each channel supports a continuous collector current of 350 mA and a collector-emitter voltage of 50 V, with built-in suppression diodes for inductive loads. The device operates with TTL, CMOS, or PMOS inputs and features open-collector outputs. It is packaged in a 16-pin SOIC with a thermal resistance of 115°C/W, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for the CM variant. The part includes emitter-base resistors to limit leakage and ensures compatibility with 5 V logic supplies. It meets the human body model ESD rating of ±2000 V and machine model of ±200 V.
