The DRV5033-Q1 is an automotive-grade digital omnipolar Hall effect switch designed for magnetic sensing in applications such as proximity detection and valve positioning. It is available in a surface-mount SOT-23 (DBZ) package measuring 2.92 mm × 2.37 mm, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification. The device supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 38 V, features an open-drain output with a 30 mA sink capability, and has a magnetic switch point of ±6.9 mT operate and ±3.5 mT release. Internal protection includes reverse polarity up to -22 V, load dump, and output short-circuit protection. The part has a fast 35 µs power-on time and detects both north and south magnetic poles.
