The DRV5015 is a low-voltage digital-latch Hall effect sensor designed for high-speed and high-temperature motor applications, operating from a 2.5-V to 5.5-V power supply with an open-drain output capable of 20 mA. It features integrated hysteresis and a sensing bandwidth of 30 kHz, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device is packaged in a SOT-23 (3-pin) case measuring 2.92 mm × 1.30 mm. The DRV5015A3 variant provides an inverted output with a typical magnetic sensitivity of ±1.8 mT. The part meets ESD standards of ±5000 V (HBM) and ±1500 V (CDM), and is rated for junction temperatures up to 150°C.
