The DAC5652-EP is a dual-channel, 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) capable of operating at update rates up to 200 MSPS. It features a single supply voltage range of 3V to 3.6V and offers a high spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 80 dBc at 5 MHz. The device is designed for applications such as cellular base transceiver stations, medical instrumentation, and arbitrary waveform generators. This DAC includes an on-chip 1.2V voltage reference and supports both independent and single resistor gain control. It has a low power consumption of 290 mW during operation and can be put into a power-down mode that reduces consumption to 9 mW.
