The CC1150RSTG3 is a low power UHF RF transmitter designed for wireless applications operating in the 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz ISM/SRD bands. It features a true single-chip design and is suitable for various applications including automatic meter reading, consumer electronics, remote keyless entry, telemetry, home automation, and industrial monitoring. This transmitter supports multiple modulation formats such as 2-FSK, GFSK, MSK, ASK, and OOK, with a programmable data rate of up to 500 kBaud. It offers a programmable output power of up to +10 dBm and includes a 64-byte transmit FIFO for efficient data handling. The device is controlled via an SPI interface, allowing for easy integration with microcontrollers and minimal external components due to its on-chip frequency synthesizer.
