Leviton's Switched Power Distribution Units provide the solution to many power management problems common in IT environments, including unauthorized use of power outlets, equipment lockedup, in-rush current, overloaded circuits and the need for remote access to power outlets. These problems are addressed through an extensive feature set.
Power Distribution Unit Features:
- “True RMS” (Root-Mean-Square) Input Current Monitoring
provides accurate current reading
- Over-current protection is provided for each branch circuit via UL-listed Bussman SC fuses
- Power Up Sequencing controls the interval in which equipment is powered up or down to avoid cumulative in-rush current
- Each switched PDU offers environmental monitoring. An
external probe designed to monitor temperature and relative
humidity is available separately
